This limited warranty is valid if you are the original purchaser and have followed our Planting and Care Guide instructions. No warranty is provided on transplanted material, materials planted in an above-ground container, replacement plants, or plants sold at 40% or more off. Labor to replant at no charge is included only if our crews installed the material initially.
