Strawberry Beet Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 apple, cored and cut into quarters
1/4 cup diced beets
1 cup coconut water or 100% apple juice (unsweetened)
1 cup ice, if needed
a little agave nectar, to sweeten (optional)

Directions:
1.  Place berries, apple, and beets in blender jar. Add the coconut water or apple juice.
2.  Blend until smooth. Add ice as needed to make it extra cold or thicker, if fresh berries were used.
3.  Add a little agave, if needed, to sweeten.
