Here’s a delicious way to use some of your pumpkin puree.
Ingredients:
8 ounces Cream cheese
1 cup light Brown sugar
1 Tablespoon (or more to taste) Pumpkin Pie spice
2 cups Pumpkin puree
Apple slices
Ginger snaps
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
2. Serve with apple slices and ginger snaps for dipping.
