Ingredients:
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
2 jalapeno peppers diced (remove seeds) If you prefer it hotter, use 4 peppers.
1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (save a bit back for garnish)
2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon parsley
Chips for dipping
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together, till well blended.
2. Spread on the bottom of a 9X9 baking dish, top with crumbled bacon.
3. Bake in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes till edges are golden brown.
TIP: Bake in two smaller dishes (reduce cooking time a few minutes). The dip is best when HOT and cheesy right out of the oven. If cooked in two pans at different times one can be put out at the start of your party, and pull the second one out once the first one is gone.
