Welcome to Week 14 of our CSA program, only two more share after this week!
This week’s share box is packed with delicious fall produce. We’re bringing back spaghetti squash, kale, and eggplant, providing a wonderful base for warming meals as the weather cools.
In addition to these favorites, your box will include onions and mini sweet peppers, great for adding flavor and sweetness to your dishes. You’ll also find green bell peppers and those delightful Honeycrisp apples, which are perfect for enjoying fresh or in baked goods.
We encourage you to get creative with this week’s contents, perhaps a roasted vegetable medley or a comforting squash soup?
