Do you have a trellis or arbor that needs color?  Instead of painting it, grow a vine on it.  Vines can decorate any surface you like.  They can play the role of a ground cover, paint a wall in living color or you can grow them on a support to act as a privacy screen.  

Vines can be either annual or perennial landscape accents.  Black eyed susan vines are great annual vine, that attract hummingbirds to any area they are planted.  Boston ivy is a perennial vine that creeps up the side of your house giving it a different texture and changes color with the seasons.
