Customers have the option of joining the Frequent Buyer's Club for an annual fee.  The membership entitles the customer to a 10% discount on all purchases for the calendar year. The customer is issued a Frequent Buyer's Club Card that must be presented upon checkout.  This discount is off of regular, sale and clearance merchandise, but may not be used in conjunction with any coupons or other discounts.  Discount does not apply to services.  Discount applies to the purchase of gift cards, but may not be used when redeeming gift cards.  The membership runs from date of purchase until 12/31 of that year.
